The Annie Oliver Award for Excellence, named after the founding President of OASIS, Annie Oliver, is awarded each year for outstanding contributions to the work of OASIS.
OASIS is a volunteer organization dedicated to serving it's member agency base in the pursuit of better business practices to improve the lives of people with developmental disabilities.
